The club entitles you to our dedicated remote control service as a preventative medicine and
discounts on any onsite labour charges – rates are below.

As a member of our club you are also entitled to Q&A’s via email direct to our engineers.
Non club members will be able to use this service but at a non discounted rate of £25 + vat per support call.

What if I never use the service? If you do not make a single support call in any 1 year period and you have kept your membership upto date you will be entitled to request a full PC software rebuild worth £130 + vat (not transferable, other labour service or any cash alternative), thus refreshing and renewing your operating system.

If the problem is too severe to repair by remote control then we will need to make an onsite visit. Onsite you will bebenfit from the discounts as follows:
for members of 3 months you will get 10% discount on all labour,
for members of 6 months you will get 20% discount on all labour,  
for members of 9 months you will get 30% discount and finally
for members of 12 months duration and over you will get 40% discount for the duration of your membership.

You do not have to buy 12 months in one go, you can purchase 3 months and keep it topped up when it expires, provided you have a continous membership you will retain the benefit of escalating discounts.
